Contrary to common myth, mouthwash may only get rid of
bad breath temporarily. It's better to look for antispetics and plaque-reducing solutions for your dental problem. Even if you brush your teeth, you may still have halitosis. Normally, we brush for 30 to 45 seconds, which is insufficient if you wish to clean all the surfaces. Make it a 2 to 3-minute scrubbing habit and don't forget to scrub your tongue, too. Funny how we always breathe on our hands to see if we're contaminated with halitosis. So don't feel smug, take some gums and mints or better, visit a dentist to get to the root of the problem at once.
