
So why do people snore anyway? I wasn't the only one in a pillow fight in the middle of the night because of irate wives. They say that the noise comes from a
disrupted flow or current of air from your nose that passes through the throat and into the lungs. It may be a blocked nose or your tongue may be at an awkward position that it prompts breathing difficulty. But most of the time, the culprit has to be the soft tissue in the throat or the upper palate that starts vibrating, hence, the ugly sound of snoring.
