Climb the stairs instead of using the elevator
This is the most common way you can integrate exercise in your daily life. However, if you are concerned about being late, then consider waking up earlier. You might also want to take it slowly, meaning if you are just starting, then consider walking one flight of stairs before moving on to the elevator. This may seem silly at first, but you don't want to stretch and damage your muscles by automatically running up five flights. Hence, you can stick to climbing one flight of stairs for one week and then upping the number on the second week. You can also focus on speed and time yourself when climbing.
Take a Walk during a coffee break at the office
Instead of smoking or gulping another cup of caffeine during coffee break, why don't you try walking around the building and stretching your muscles? This way, your legs won't be inactive for long periods of time.
There are actually hundreds of small changes you can make that would allow you to exercise without compromising your schedule. The trick is to recognize the opportunity and take it. Believe me, after some time, you will find that you are actually more physically fit than you were before.

In fact, it could be more fun because the children are not only enjoying the game but also enjoying the presence of the parents. Games like basketball and badminton can be an excellent pastime for both adults and children. If you have younger children, try engaging them in races with a twist like sackraces, crabwalks, or racing backwards. You can also make it more fun by making it more silly. For example, if you're just dancing to a song, you might want to do a full scale costume makeover.
Mom and dad, keep in mind that your family's health is important and there's no better way to start cultivating it than now. If you could make it fun, then the positive results will double. The gym seems to be the place of choice when people decide to perform different exercises. Unfortunately, the existence of the gym makes it hard for people to look past the heavy equipments into seeing the various fitness exercise activities that can be done without paying for membership fees. Here are some activities that can promote your health without going to the gym.
Taking your dog for a walk
Walking in itself is an excellent form of exercise. Do it with your dog and you'll find that the exercise can turn into a fun activity. Dogs are naturally active and may sometimes walk or sprint when excited. Hence, you might find yourself walking faster than ordinary in an effort to keep up with your canine friend, allowing your body to exercise without acknowledging it.

Although I'm not comparing dogs and kids, you have to admit that both seems to have an abundant source of energy. Personally, I find that keeping up with a one-year old commands all my muscles into play, not to mention having to be clever enough to dodge their steps. Hence, playing with the kids can not only be a fun physical activity but may also be a bonding moment for a family.
Visiting the gym for exercises may be a great routine to maintain a fit lifestyle, but don't let it blind us to the fact that there are other activities that could work just as well. Plus, said activities such as walking the dog can also be fun and relaxing, keeping our mind off the goal and just letting the body takeover. Of course, there's a few physical changes and transformation, but they can be cool with it especially when they have Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan as supreme idols. Just when we expect them to be more mature, teens turn to rebellion as their way to express themselves. Actually, I believe that it's more of a psychological phase when we make excuses for their developing bodies, identity, and freaky personality. We also had our depressive, rebellious times and it doesn't matter if it's back in the 70's. It's all the same, and we just have to keep an open mind. But as soon as things get out of hand, don't you wait until your boy ends up in jail or your daughter bloats up with a baby. Violence, aggression, and anger can be a manifestation of emotional disturbance. Deal with it, but don't overreact the way any normal parent would.

I'm not a perfect parent and some self- help-books doesn't actually help at all. Cases vary and there's no single formula. So how do you deal with an emotional rampage of your teenager? Think about the times when you're a teenager. How would you like to be comforted by your parents? You are the answer to your own dilemma. I hate drama, and I don't want to be confronted like I'm a juvenile delinquent. I would only open up if I see trust, love, and care minus the sugar coating. Sometimes, the problem with us parents is we forget that we were once kids. Deal with your children the way you wanted to treated. Talk to them, bond with them. Don't push them on the edge, for it will only stir up their emotional flame. Make yourself available anytime they need you.

Love is sweet but puppy love is so much sweeter. Innocent charms flare up the passion only to spark eventually into attraction towards the opposite sex. Early on in life, I have developed a strong penchant for girls my age. But unfortunately for me, it was only after the 10th grade that I finally had my first girlfriend. You want to know why? Because I've got a glaring teenage curse. Acne ruined my teenage life. How do you expect girls to like me when I've got zits all over my face? It's obnoxious and disgusting. And I can only thank God now that I've gone past that awful stage.

Acne is triggered during the adolescent stage when hormones stimulate the sebaceous glands into producing and secreting oil that seeps through the openings in the skin. When openings are blocked, oil builds up underneath the skin causing bacteria to thrive happily on oil. It then multiplies which cause tissues to be inflamed. There are different sets of inflammation. When it is on the surface it's a pustule, but when it's deeper you call it papule (pimple), then a little deeper, it becomes a cyst. If the oil reaches and breaks out to the surface,it becomes a white head, which changes to a blackhead when it is oxidized.

One night when the world was gentle and the earth was singing sweet lullabies, the humming birds was then turned to the sharp shrill of my wife. I was interrupted from my sound sleep. I put on my pj's only to find out that there was no burglar in the house. My wife threw a pillow at my face. She said she couldn't sleep because I was snoring too loud. So much for a sweet slumber! Just because I snore?
